Help Desk

Come join our IT team in give top-notch service to our employees. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software, respond to queries, isolate problems and determine and implement solutions. You will work in a global IT department and report to TGS's IT manager.

Responsibilities:

•Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware and software either in person, by Email or over the phone to global customers
•Train computer users
•Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software
•Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wise Area Networks (WAN) and other systems
•Follow up with users to ensure issue has been resolved
•Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur

Requirements:

•Have experience in MS platforms (Win 7/8/10)
•Have experience in MS office
•Have experience on VM platform
•Have Great English

Besides that:

•Have the ability to Travel abroad
•Have the ability to grant after hours support 24/7
•Be highly service-oriented
•Be independent at your work but also be a great team-player
