Application Support Engineer Tier 2

The Application support engineer is a key technical contributor who will be the first point of Contact and will provide
Application & technical support for world-wide internal users on a production web based systems.
This position involve:
Investigation and troubleshoot system & product malfunctions.
Providing workaround solutions.
Coordination with R&D, QA, DevOps and Product Management departments to push for problems resolution.
Manage and monitor production issues according to SLA.
High availability - work with real time production services and US office.
Willing to travel occasionally in order to perform on-site support and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in technical support for WEB based application environment.
Experience with writing SQL queries.
